The Flares are usable objects for light, and a weapon given to Emily by The Stranger in Chapter 8 of Until Dawn.
Overview[]
After being noticed by the Stranger, Emily will receive a bag of flares. He will afterwards push her down a chute, or she will roll down a slope to safety.
Usage[]
- She will use the first flare to light up her dark path, which will blow out after she gets off the elevator.
- If she drops her first flare, she will proceed to light up the second one before turning left or right.
- If the player hits the QTE, Emily can slow down the Wendigo by knocking over the barrel, and will ignite it with a second flare.
